Very Old Stereo

Very Old Stereo was named by the original bass player, Todd Sherman back in Hattiesburg circa 1999. Charlie, Todd, & Mike came together by their common musical interests. . . .Now several years later "Very Old Stereo" has been reformed and flourishing. We are a collective of people who love music. . .

Some of our influences

First of all, we thank God, because without him, nothing is possible. We thank God for the gift of music.

The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Uncle Tupelo, Dinosaur Jr., The Pixies, Blondie, Emerson, Lake, & Palmer, Son Volt, Crosby, Stills, & Nash, Buffalo Springfield, Wilco, Matthew Sweet, Gram Parsons. . . .
